ERPC Upgrades Its Platform Infrastructure to Improve Scalability and Operability — Free Trials Now Available in All Regions

2025.12.19
ERPC, operated by ELSOUL LABO B.V. (Headquarters: Amsterdam, the Netherlands; CEO: Fumitake Kawasaki) and Validators DAO, announces that it has migrated its entire platform infrastructure, including the user system, to a new architecture in order to accommodate growing usage and improve scalability and operational efficiency.
As a result of this upgrade, the overall platform structure has been streamlined, enabling stable operation even as additional regions are introduced and usage continues to grow.

Platform Infrastructure Upgrade

Through this platform infrastructure upgrade, ERPC has reorganized various management structures, including connection management. These improvements make it easier to understand connection states and configurations, resulting in improved operational handling.
In addition, by restructuring the API architecture with scalability in mind, management via a UI application will become possible in the future. These management features are scheduled for release next year.
ERPC will continue to improve its services, maintaining both ease of use and stability while delivering high-speed, high-quality performance.

Free Trial Reset

In conjunction with the platform upgrade, ERPC has reset its free trial offering.
For users who have previously used the free trial, the current ERPC platform has been updated in both structure and performance. Through continuous research and development and the expansion of global regions, the overall performance characteristics of the platform have been significantly improved.
Shared endpoints for RPC, WebSocket, gRPC, and Shreds are now available with a one-day free trial in all regions. Users are invited to test the current ERPC platform in a real operating environment.

Shared Bundle Plan Configuration

The Shared Bundle plan allows users to combine RPC, gRPC, and Shreds according to their stage of growth. RPC tokens are aggregated across regions and can be used for all connection types in each region.
Shreds enable block data acquisition at an earlier stage than gRPC and are well suited for detection use cases, while gRPC is suitable for making final decisions based on corrected and confirmed data. The Bundle plan is designed for real-world operations based on this role separation.

Bundle Plans and Multi-Region Discounts

Bundle Multi-Region Discount
ERPC offers Bundle plans designed for practical operation and scalability. Bundle plans allow RPC, WebSocket, gRPC, and Shreds to be used together, providing a more cost-efficient configuration compared to individual contracts.
Due to the nature of Solana, configurations that rely on a single region have limitations in terms of coverage and stability. Operating across multiple regions is important for improving detection speed, transaction success rates, and resilience to congestion. ERPC provides multi-region discounts for Bundle plans to make such configurations more accessible.

Characteristics and Usage of ERPC VPS

VPS Pricing
ERPC VPS instances are deployed in close proximity to the Solana network, achieving ping times of 0.1 ms to 0.2 ms or lower to many Solana endpoints. This performance is the result of careful design that includes both network routing and system configuration.
In addition to short network distances, ERPC places strong emphasis on server resource quality, including CPU performance, DDR5 memory, and NVMe storage. This enables not only low average latency, but also stable operation with minimal p99 latency fluctuations.

Performance Comparison with Cloud Environments

ERPC VPS vs Google Cloud Performance Comparison
In benchmark tests conducted under the same region and operating system conditions, ERPC VPS has demonstrated measurable differences compared to high-performance Google Cloud configurations across CPU throughput, memory bandwidth, disk I/O, and p99 latency metrics.
These differences reflect design choices such as CPU clock operation policies, the absence of overcommitment, and network and storage configurations. ERPC also achieves high overall cost efficiency when network fees are included.

Pricing and Resource Availability

Due to the expansion of AI-related demand, shortages and price increases are progressing for server-grade components such as DDR5 memory. These high-quality resources are not guaranteed to be continuously available.
ERPC prioritizes the expansion of edge data centers that directly impact platform quality and does not currently aim to maximize profit from VPS offerings alone. As a result, the current pricing conditions are available at this time, but they may not be sustainable in the long term.
