SLV Releases Open Source Performance Optimization Settings from Solana ERPC Operational Experience and Validators DAO R&D

ELSOUL LABO B.V. (Headquarters: Amsterdam, Netherlands; CEO: Fumitake Kawasaki) and Validators DAO, dedicated to enhancing the decentralization and security of the Solana network, have released performance optimization settings for their open-source tool, SLV. These settings are based on operational experiences from Solana ERPC and research and development outcomes from Validators DAO, aimed at further enhancing security, improving performance, and reducing operational burdens on Solana network operators.
Advanced Settings Reflecting Operational Insights from ERPC & Validators DAO
SLV has continuously improved by leveraging practical operational insights gained from ERPC and Validators DAO. This update significantly improves performance settings for Solana RPC and Geyser gRPC, optimizing specifically for the latest Solana Firedancer recommendation: "32-core AMD EPYC CPUs (4th generation or later)."
Previously published settings have typically focused only on "getting the Solana client running," with limited details about performance parameters required to achieve optimal results.
With this SLV update, detailed parameter settings aimed at maximizing performance are publicly released as open source for the first time, helping all Solana RPC and validator nodes run at peak quality and ultimately enhancing the overall performance of the Solana network.
Why Customized Settings are Necessary
When operating a Solana client, simply introducing a powerful server is not sufficient. In high-load environments especially, it’s crucial to configure performance parameters properly to fully exploit CPU capabilities.
SLV adopts these optimized performance settings as default in the latest update, addressing the challenges faced by operators unsure about optimal configurations. This enables more users to begin operations in an optimal state from the outset.
Reasons for Releasing as Open Source
We believe the ideal state for the Solana network is when all RPC nodes and validators are running consistently at the highest quality. Therefore, we actively share our real-world operational experiences and research findings from ERPC and Validators DAO as open source, contributing to the overall performance improvement of the community.
High-Performance Bare Metal Servers for Solana

To effectively utilize SLV’s optimized settings, Validators DAO provides specialized bare metal servers ideal for Solana validators and RPC operations. These servers have received positive feedback for their reliability and performance, making them highly recommended for users who have struggled to achieve satisfactory operations in the past.
Resources can be acquired through the SLV CLI or the official Validators DAO Discord.
Community Contributions Welcome
SLV is an open-source project dedicated to continuous improvement. Contributions from the community, such as advanced configurations or new feature proposals, are highly welcomed. We invite you to star SLV on GitHub and join the Validators DAO official Discord community.
ELSOUL LABO and Validators DAO remain committed to actively contributing to the sustainable development of the Solana ecosystem.
